- Orders are placed through HyperApps.
- OTP verification is required for login.
- Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. We do not handle or store card/payment details.
- Users are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.
🔹 3. Delivery & Fulfillment
- Deliveries are handled by Pidge or authorized partners.
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
- We aim to resolve delays quickly and transparently.
- Report disputes promptly using the contact details below.
🔹 4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Confirmed orders may not be cancelable.
- Refunds are case-based (e.g., incorrect or missing orders).
- Refund requests must be emailed to prithvi@hyperapps.in

- All content and branding belong to Babai Hotel or are used with permission.
- You may not reproduce, modify, or reuse content without consent.

We use services from HyperApps, Razorpay, Pidge, Google, and Meta.
You are also subject to their terms and policies when interacting through their services.

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for indirect losses or delivery issues beyond our control.
